Hey, I’m Chad. To introduce myself I’m going to share a quick story.

When I was 16 years old I was watching a TV infomercial with my Dad about a real estate CD course. For some odd reason I was very excited about this particular TV infomercial but sadly I had no money at that time….so I convinced my Dad to buy it for me. As soon as it arrived, it was like opening my Christmas present. I was so eager to get started on the CD course. My brother who had to listen in the background would tease me about my crazy dreams but I didn’t care.

Years later I started buying my first homes and fixing them up. A few years after that I started Cedar Creek Land Properties as a way to help land owners sell their unwanted vacant land. I’ve been doing it ever since across the country.

Many of the lots my team and I buy are in rural, or undeveloped areas, making them hard to sell through traditional methods. However, we are interested in all types of land; rural, suburban and even commercial… we will make an offer on almost any lot, helping you to get the cash you need for other investments.

Cedar Creek Land is based in Illinois, however, we are currently buying properties throughout the US in every state.
